Returns

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If your return is rejected due to product damage, missing items, or signs of use, the item will be sent back to you.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items only.
  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue.
  • Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
